Guest Survey Results for Oct 09

Once again the customer survey results are in. This time for the month of October with again a great showing in all categories with customer satisfaction ranking extremely well.  Once again 100% of surveyed guests saying they would recommend the trip.  That is awesome and I thank once again everyone who traveled with us and our crew for making our jobs the best in the world.

Who Came on Our Trips:

48% European,  26% American

39% 30-39 year olds, 21% 20-29year olds,

45.5% management, 22% professionals, 41% travelling with their partner,

87% first time visitors to TNQ, 87% first time GBR visitors.

Satisfaction:

Reef met expectations:  77.3% very much (22.7% Yes)

Trip met expectations: 77.3% very much (22.7% Yes)

Received value for money: 86.4%

Would recommend the trip: 100%

Who Came on Our Reef Tours:
26.5% British or Irish, 26.5% N. American, 38.2% 20-29 year olds and 26.5% 30-39 year olds
26.5% professionals,
61.8% travelling with their partner
91.2% first time visitors to TNQ, 94.1% first time Great Barrier Reef visitors.

Customer Satisfaction:

Reef met expectations: 81.3% very much (18.7% yes)
Trip met expectations: 72% very much (28% yes)
Received value for money: 97%
Would recommend the trip: 100%
Average satisfaction score: 8.71 / 10

56.2% European,  25% 50-59 year olds. 33.3% students,  43.8% travelling with their family.
93.8% first time visitors to TNQ, 93.8% first time reef visitors.

Trip met expectations: 43.8% very much (56.2% yes)
Received value for money: 100%

Our Guests were:

72% European, 12% UK and Ireland,
36% 30-39 years old, 24% 40-49 year olds, 24% 20-29 year olds,
28% in management positions and 24% public servants,
36% travelling with their family and 32% travelling with their partner.

For 88% it was their first time visit to TNQ and 88% were first time reef visitors.
